1. Response Guarantees*
A. In an emergency situation Brookside guarantees our on-site response time of 2 hours or less or you are reimbursed an amount equal to 25% of the price of the system. An emergency is defined as the company wide inability to process calls.
B. In a non-emergency situation Brookside guarantees an on-site response time of one business day or less or your support agreement is extended by an additional month.
C. When requesting billable parts or service, Brookside guarantees completion within 5 business days or you will receive a 10% discount.
2. 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee
Brookside will refund your purchase price and remove the system if notified within 30 days of installation that the system is not performing according to the published specifications or to written claims provided to you by Brookside.
3. Price Protection Guarantee
Brookside guarantees that the price of component parts, including telephones, will never increase as long as you choose to use a system purchased from and supported by Brookside.
4. Obsolescence Guarantee
Brookside guarantees the trade-in value on your equipment if it is purchased from Brookside, supported by Brookside, and traded-in on a new Brookside system.
5. Guarantee of Silver Support
Brookside guarantees that your Silver Support agreement will never be cancelled by Brookside for any reason other than non-payment.
* Exceptions: You must be covered under Sliver Support Program. You must not have any delinquent invoices. Acts of God (i.e. snow) could slow down response times.
